Max SportSports performance training for high school and college athletes. Max Sport focuses on these key factors:

Sessions are indi vidualized to our athletes and their unique goals. We sit down with our athletes prior to starting and determine their sport specific goals and formulate a game-plan to meet those goals. After completing Max Sport you will receive:
  • “They kicked my butt but I survived” T-shirt (shirt color changes annually)
  • Customized exercise program to help maintain gains
  • Graduation report describing pre and post test numbers and accomplishements

Our fitness hours are open from before you eat breakfast until after you eat dinner. We are open Monday-Friday 5:00 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
