Sports Performance Training
Sports performance training for high school and college athletes. Max Sport focuses on these key factors:

Sessions are indi vidualized to our athletes and their unique goals. We sit down with our athletes prior to starting and determine their sport specific goals and formulate a game-plan to meet those goals. After completing Max Sport you will receive:
- “They kicked my butt but I survived” T-shirt (shirt color changes annually)
- Customized exercise program to help maintain gains
- Graduation report describing pre and post test numbers and accomplishements
